Who are we?
Custom Steel Appeal began in 2020 as a passion project in our backyard, with just the two of us and a dream to create unique, high-quality steel signs and garden art. What started small quickly grew, thanks to our wonderful customers who value craftsmanship and creativity as much as we do.
Today, we’ve expanded into a warehouse space and built a small, dedicated team who share our commitment to quality and friendly service. While our tools and space may be bigger, our core values haven’t changed — we still design, cut, and pack each order with the same care and attention as day one.
Whether it’s a custom gate sign, a quirky garden stake, or a gift made to last, every piece is made right here in Australia with heart and steel.
What inspires our designs?
Nature itself! We are blessed to live on a property where wildlife is in abundance! We have so many different varieties of birds visiting daily, as well as kangaroos that pass through. There are wild ducks that go between our property, our neighbour's dam and the local wetlands (less than 1km away as they fly).
We are also guided by customer requests, so if you don't see a design you are after in our catalogue please get in touch & we would love to design it with you!
