Shipping & Delivery Information

How much does it cost?

We offer flat rate delivery on your order, depending on which category you order from:

· Garden Décor: $9 per order

· Customised Signs: $12 per order

· Animal Planters: $15 per order

We also offer express postage for +$6 per order.

You are also able to choose ‘click & collect’ from us at Mt Barker SA – this is free!

How long will my order take to process?

It will depend on the day you order. We cut & finish our products on the weekends (Saturday & Sunday), and get them all ready to be posted on a Monday morning. The only exception to this rule would be for our painted items, which are a minimum of 7 days processing time to allow for multiple coats of paint & drying time.

Where do you post?

We post our items Australia Wide via Australia Post – to all mainland states & territories, plus Tasmania. This includes shipping to both physical addresses and post office boxes.

We also offer limited International Postage (also via Australia Post) to New Zealand. As International Rates are calculated differently than domestic, please contact us before you order. Approximate costs are listed below so you have a general idea

Approximate costs:

$22 (up to 1kg in weight - approx 2-3 small garden decor items, or 1x small animal sign)

$30 (up to 2kg in weight - 1x large animal sign or a kangaroo family, & a small garden item)

$40 (up to 3kg in weight - 2x large signs or a variety of garden decor items)

When will I receive my order?

Shipping times will vary, but are specified on each product listing. This is the period within which we will post your item. Actual delivery times may vary depending on the method of delivery chosen. Currently due to covid-19 restrictions, Australia Post is taking longer than usual to deliver parcels. Please contact us directly at sales@customsteelappeal.com.au if you have any further enquiries about shipping times for your order.
