Letterbox Installation Guide V2

Your letterbox will come fully assembled, with a marking template and an allen key.

The ideal mounting surface will be a small concrete pad (only 1 bag required), or a concrete paver embedded into the ground.
Fixings (not included) will depend on your mounting location. We have left multiple provisions for use of dynabolts or expansion fasteners (blue/green plugs). The mounting template can also be used as rag bolt assembly if fixings are going to be placed into the concrete while being poured.

Using the included allen key, remove the front panel of the letterbox. This will expose the stainless steel panel.

Remove the stainless steel panel to expose the inside of your letterbox. Use the tabs at the base and take the panel out at an angel to avoid scratching. Now you can remove the protective film.

Using the included template, mark the drilling locations on your mounting location.

Once in place, you can re-attach the stainless steel panel and front panels.
Note: when re-inserting the panels loosely tighten the screws. If anything feels 'off' take them out and try again - stainless steel screws will strip their threading if tightened incorrectly.

You can also remove the front panel to install any strip lighting, and for easy access to clean out cobwebs.

In the event of any vandalism or damage each part of your letterbox is replaceable without needing to replace the entire unit.

To ensure we get your letterbox out to you as quickly as possible, they will be supplied raw & unweathered. The patina will develop naturally as it is exposed to moisture.
