FAQ's

How long will it take to receive my order?

We run production twice a week on Monday / Thursday (excluding public holidays), with posting the following day. This means most orders are dispatched within 3 - 5 days. We use Australia Post to send our orders, and delivery times vary between 2-7 days depending where in Australia you are.

Custom Pet Memorials from Photos will take longer as we need to trace and create your design.

Are the materials OK outdoors?

100% Yes. We offer both Weathering Steel and Mild Steel, both of which are fine outdoors. If you are worried about rust leaking, the Weathering Steel is a better option. You can learn more about our materials here.

I can't see my dog breed/animal in the list?

While we have a large collection of dog breeds, there is always room for more. Our animal designs are new and we are still expanding our range. Please get in touch with us - we would love to create something and add it to our range.

How much is postage?

We offer flat rate postage of $13.50 Australia wide, or $18.50 Express. If you live locally we also offer free collection from our Mt Barker warehouse.

Can I request a custom design?

Yes. If you are after a custom design outside the style or size of the Custom Pet Memorial from Photo please get in touch with us and request a quote here.
