The ideal mounting surface is a small concrete pad (only one bag of concrete required) or a concrete paver set into the ground. Fixings aren't included as these will vary depending on your specific setup — the letterbox has multiple provisions for dynabolts or expansion fasteners, and the template can also be used for rag bolt assembly if you're pouring concrete.
