Crafted from rugged weathering steel with lightweight aluminium internal panels, these letterboxes are built to withstand the elements while adding a modern edge to your property. AVAILABLE FINISHES: 
Rustic: your letterbox will be cut in REDCOR weathering steel, which requires no additional preservation and will weather into a beautiful rusted finish for years to come. 
Powder coated: Powder-coating is designed for the outdoors and will continue to last while looking amazing. We outsource our powder-coating to a local business. They offer a variety of colours, however our standards are Satin Black, Monument and Woodland Grey. There is approx a 2 week turnaround for this service.

Please note: All letterboxes ordered from 1 Feb 2026 will receive our V2, with a downward opening rear door, which has been designed with extra durability in mind.

PARCEL SHELF:
Just like the red post boxes, our parcel shelf is a secure way for the postie to leave packages without signature, and keep them both safe from the weather and theft.
This can be retro-fitted later if you change your mind, however this does cost more than having it installed at initial production.

As we cut our items to order they will not be weathered yet when they reach you. We will include a few tips on how to weather your product & get the beautiful rustic patina as quickly as possible.

Shipping

Our Mailboxes are one of the few products excluded from our flat-rate shipping due to their size.

Letterboxes are sent via TNT/FedEx Courier at a flat rate of $90 Australia wide. You will need to provide a physical address at the checkout.

When will I receive my order?

Our processing times do vary, however aim to create & post all orders in 7-10 business days, however production times may extend up to 3 weeks.

Actual delivery times to vary depending where in Australia you are, ranging from 2-7 business days. All orders will be sent with tracking so you can check on the progress of your package.

Weathering Tips

It's our aim to get your letterbox to you as quickly as possible, so unfortunately it isn't possible for us to pre-weather them.

This means your item will be in its raw form - the traditional grey steel colour. It doesn't take long to develop the beautiful rusty patina on your item, most will look pretty good within just a couple of weeks.

However, to be fully sealed and for your product to stop leaking any rust, does require 3-6 months. We have experimented with a few different options, and these are our top tips to speed up the weathering process.
